Lightly spray a shallow 2 cup (500 mL) microwave safe dish with vegetable spray. In the same dish, beat together eggs, dressing, onion and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap, turning one corner back to create a small steam vent. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes, stirring halfway and at the end of cooking. Let stand for 1 minute.
