Blend cream cheese and dill. Warm pizza crust according to package directions. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk. Season with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter. Pour in egg mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, but still moist. Spread cheese over warm pizza crust. Top with eggs. Layer salmon (or turkey) slices over eggs and sprinkle with chives. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
