1/3 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Seasoning Mix (recipe below)

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, purée or finely chop eggs.
  2. Blend in yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and one portion 2 1/2 tsp (12 mL) seasoning mix.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  4. Serve within three days with raw vegetables, pita bread, baguette slices or crackers.
