- Cube the bread and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Put half the cubes of bread into the eggy mixture to soak, while your frying pan with butter heats to medium.
- Add the cubes to the frying pan and let griddle for 2-3 minutes each side, turn over when golden brown.
- Take them out of the pan to a waiting plate, and repeat with the remaining “Nuggets”.
- When you’re finished pan frying the french toast nuggets, get ready to build your kabobs.
- Skewer, dunk and enjoy!
