Spray a 2 quart (2 L) casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer half of the noodles, spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, egg slices and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.* Bake at 180°C (350°F) oven for 15 minutes; uncover. Bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly.
*Recipe can be prepared 24 hours ahead of time up to this point and then refrigerated.
