Lightly spray a 2 quart (2 L) casserole dish with vegetable spray. In a medium saucepan, combine soup, chicken, poultry seasoning and pepper. Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until very warm. Stir the warm mixture slowly into beaten egg yolks. Fold the chicken mixture, vegetables and parsley into egg whites. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Bake at 400 F (200°C ) oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve immediately.
