Directions

To make dressing, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and honey in a small bowl. Split bun or roll in half. If using basil leaves, place them on bottom half of bun. Arrange egg, tomato and cucumber slices on top of basil and drizzle with 2 tbsp (30 mL) dressing. Top with alfalfa sprouts, watercress or lettuce leaves and drizzle additional dressing on top. Cover with top half of bun or roll.
