Whisk eggs with milk; season with salt and pepper; set aside. Spray a small non stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat. Pour in egg mixture and immediately reduce heat to medium low. As mixture begins to set, gently move spatula across bottom and sides of skillet to form large, soft curds. Cook until eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, but they are still moist; set aside. Place pita bread on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on pita bread. Top with scrambled eggs. Sprinkle green pepper, mushrooms, ham and cheese over eggs. Bake in a 180°C (350°F) oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
