Caeser Dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, fresh, finely grated
1 egg
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp anchovy paste (or 2 anchovy fillets, mashed), optional
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1/2 tsp (2 mL) powder
2/3 cup olive oil
10 cup romaine lettuce, cut, torn and lightly packed
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
8 bacon slices, cooked crisp and crumbled
4 egg hard-cooked, quartered lengthwise
