Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Spray a 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange bread slices to fit in a single layer in dish; sprinkle with cinnamon. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, syrup, butter and vanilla just until blended. Pour evenly over bread. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until firm to the touch. Garnish with fruit. Serve hot, with additional syrup.
