Baked Apple Pancake

    Melt butter in frying pan. Tilt pan to cover bottom. Arrange apple slices over bottom on butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook on medium for about 1 minute until half cooked.

    Beat eggs together in bowl. Add milk, flour, second amount of sugar and salt. Beat well. Pour over got apples. Bake in 450oF oven for about 20 minutes until puffed around edges and browned.

    • 2 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (more if you like cinnamon)
