Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In one bowl, mix together/beat all the wet ingredients until combined but not frothy. Add half the wet mixture to the pecan halves, until coated. If they are all moistened and glistening, you’ve added enough wet. If they still appear to be dry, add the rest of the wet ingredients.
In a second bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the pecan mixture. Stir to combine. Spread as an even layer on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake 40-45 minutes at 300 degrees.
Let cool. Store in an airtight sealed container for as long as they’ll last!
