Directions
Spray a 12 inch (30 cm) pizza pan or baking sheet with vegetable spray.
Place pizza shell on pizza pan.
Using a 2 – 1/2 inch (7 cm) cookie cutter, cut out six circles from pizza shell, evenly spaced and about 1 inch (2.5 cm) from edge.
Remove circles and save for another use.
Break one egg into each hole.
Sprinkle pizza with bacon, cheese, peppers and onion.
Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12 to 14 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
