3 tbspbutter
1 tspsugar
1/2cuphazelnut spread
1/4cupchopped pistachios (divided)

Directions
In a frying pan over medium low heat, let’s cook our shredded wheat with butter and a pinch of sugar.
Take off the heat, add in some of the chopped pistachios and let cool.
Gently spread filling on 2 pieces of your bread, then top with the other slices, essentially making 2 crunchy, creamy sandos.
In the same frying pan, add some butter and let it melt.
Then in a bowl, whisk your eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Carefully dip the sandwiches on both sides, then griddle a few minutes per side until golden. Slice, top with more pistachios and enjoy!
