1 1/2 lb new potatoes, small 
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp grainy mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 egg hard-cooked, chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. In a saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Let cool.
  2. Cut into 1/2 inch (1 cm ) cubes.
  3. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Add potatoes, eggs, celery, pickles, onions and dill; stir gently until coated. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
