milk chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a medium bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together.
In a double boiler, melt white and dark chocolate chips together.
In a large metal bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter and sugar together until well combined.
Using a spatula, mix in melted chocolate chips. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Using a wooden spoon, gradually stir in flour mixture until well combined. Fold in milk chocolate chips.
Roll cookies into 2.5 cm (1 inch) balls and flatten with the bottom of a jar or glass cup. Place on a greased cookie sheet 2.5 cm (1 inch) apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
