16 oz cream cheese
1 cup unsalted butter
2 egg
3 cup granulated sugar
4 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together.
  3. In a double boiler, melt white and dark chocolate chips together.
  4. In a large metal bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter and sugar together until well combined.
  5. Using a spatula, mix in melted chocolate chips. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  6. Using a wooden spoon, gradually stir in flour mixture until well combined. Fold in milk chocolate chips.
  7. Roll cookies into 2.5 cm (1 inch) balls and flatten with the bottom of a jar or glass cup. Place on a greased cookie sheet 2.5 cm (1 inch) apart.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
