EFA conducted its annual Customer Service Survey back in July, asking registered producers and industry partners to participate, in order to help ensure EFA continues meeting the needs of our customers. EFA would like to thank the 24 stakeholders who returned completed surveys, and we look forward to even greater participation in the future.
Overall, the scores were quite encouraging. Respondents also provided a lot of useful
feedback and suggestions that EFA will take into consideration for improving our customer service, communication and engagement.
