Stephen Scott

Growing up on a farm in southern Ontario gave me a lifelong appreciation for Agriculture. I enjoy continually learning new things – so learning more about the egg industry has been an absolute pleasure. I’ve had the opportunity to work in both the dairy and beef industries; I enjoy working with producers to help them navigate the changing tides of consumer demands to bridge the gap between the growing segment of consumers who have no agricultural background and producers who work every day to put food on the table for Canadians.

I am excited to have the opportunity to understand how to use technology better to improve producers’ day-to-day operations, whether that be to enhance the productivity, profitability, or sustainability of the industry. The egg industry is full of passionate producers, and it’s great to work alongside people who love what they do.
