Substituting Egg Sizes

Most recipes are tested using large eggs. To substitute eggs of other sizes in recipes, use the chart below.

Substituting Liquid Eggs With Eggs "In the Shell"

If you have a recipe that calls for liquid eggs and you want to use regular "in the shell" eggs, use the chart below.
