Zabaglione

Ingredients
3 egg yolks1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
1/2 cup (125 mL) sweet Marsala wine
Directions
In a double boiler or in a stainless steel bowl placed over simmering water, whisk together yolks and sugar until pale. Add Marsala, one spoonful at a time, whisking thoroughly between additions. Continue cooking over low heat, whisking constantly, until thick and creamy, about 10 minutes. Serve warm or chilled, in wine or cocktail glasses.Makes 4 servings.
