Waldorf Coleslaw

Ingredients
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled and grated6 cups (1.5 L) shredded cabbage
2 cups (500 mL) apples, chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) raisins
1/4 cup (50 mL) roasted peanuts
1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.Makes: 10 servings
Preparation: 3 minutes
Refrigeration: 3 hours
