Three-Star Bagels

Ingredients
4 oz (125 g) regular or spreadable cream cheese, softened2 tbsp (30 mL) green onion, chopped
4 eggs, hard cooked, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 13.5 oz / 06 g) can salmon, drained
to taste salt and pepper
4 bagels, cut in half
lettuce leaves
Directions
In a bowl, combine Cream cheese and onion. Stir in eggs and salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Spread filling on bagel halves. Garnish with lettuce. Serve immediately.Makes: 4 servings
