Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
14 oz (398 mL) can of sliced peaches in syrup, drained1 3/4 cups (425 mL) milk
1/3 cup (75 mL) plain yogourt
1 tbsp (15 mL) liquid honey
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon
1 large egg
Directions
Arrange peaches in single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for several hours until solid.Variations
Process peaches and next 5 ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses.Makes: 4 cups
