Fried Eggs


2 eggs
1 tbsp (15 mL) butter or margarine
salt and pepper


Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. One at a time, break eggs into a small bowl, then slide into skillet. Cook slowly to desired doneness. Place eggs right side up on plate. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

 Cooking: 2-3 minutes.
