Eggnog Sauce

Ingredients

4 oz (125 g) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp (15 mL) icing sugar
1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) nutmeg, freshly ground
1/3 cup (75 mL) eggnog

Directions

Using low speed of an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and nutmeg until fluffy. Beat in eggnog until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

Makes: 1 - 1/2 cups (375 mL)

Preparation: 5 minutes.
