Egg, Tomato and Cheese Salad

Ingredients
4 cups (1000 mL) torn salad greens4 hard cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
3 oz (90 g) cubed mozzarella cheese or 4 slices processed mozzarella cheese
4 tomatoes, sliced
black olives (optional)
1/3 cup (75 mL) herb vinaigrette
Directions
Divide salad greens among 4 dinner plates. Arrange eggs, cheese and tomato slices on top of lettuce. Garnish with black olives. Drizzle vinaigrette over top. Serve immediately.Makes: 4 servings
