Egg Salad

Ingredients

6 hard cooked eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) regular or light mayonnaise (or yogurt)
1/4 cup (50 mL) green onions, chopped
2 tsp (10 mL) dijon mustard
to taste garlic powder, hot pepper sauce and salt

Directions

In a bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise (or yogurt), onions and mustard. Add garlic powder, hot pepper sauce and salt.

Makes: 4 servings
